TL;DR
Senior Frontend Developer (AI): Building performant, scalable UI components and proprietary front-end implementations for high-profile global brands with an accent on accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, animation, and AI-assisted development. Focus on leading front-end initiatives, designing pixel-perfect interactive experiences, optimizing web performance, and enforcing rigorous standards for maintainable code.
Location: Argentina; currently remote with a mandatory transition to onsite work in Buenos Aires in July 2027. Working hours must overlap with EST/EDT.
Compensation: Highly competitive pay in USD.

What you will do
- Build performant, scalable, and cross-browser-compatible UI components for high-profile global brands.
- Lead front-end initiatives and produce clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Create pixel-perfect animations and highly interactive user experiences.
- Implement accessible web content using ARIA, screen readers, and keyboard navigation at scale.
- Contribute to core libraries, proprietary development methodologies, code reviews, and continuous skills development.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in the daily development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of front-end web development experience with strong mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to lead front-end projects independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and cross-browser and device testing skills.
- Daily practical experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work EST/EDT hours and transition from remote work to onsite work in Buenos Aires in July 2027.
Nice to have
- Experience with React, Svelte, or Vue.
- Familiarity with Webpack, Gulp, Git, and Gitflow.
- Experience with Sass, Less, or CSS-in-JS.
- Knowledge of code splitting, layout and paint optimization, advanced animations, and interactive graphics using GSAP, Canvas, SVG, or TweenMax.
- Experience with unit testing, headless testing, and emerging UI technologies.
