Consult Partner – Data, Applications & AI (Data, Applications & AI): Leading consulting engagements and growth initiatives that deliver data, application, and AI-led transformations for major enterprise clients with an accent on CXO relationships, commercial performance, and multidisciplinary leadership. Focus on shaping strategic change agendas, negotiating and overseeing complex engagements, modernizing data and applications, and implementing analytics and AI solutions.

What you will do
- Drive profitable growth, revenue, margin, backlog, and pipeline development for Data, Applications, and AI services.
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs and lead executive-level client interactions, consulting initiatives, and deal engagements.
- Scope engagements, negotiate fees, manage risk, and oversee post-deal implementation planning and delivery.
- Lead complex multidisciplinary teams and ensure utilization, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Shape strategic initiatives and develop thought leadership in advanced analytics, data modernization, governance, and AI.
Requirements
- Extensive IT consulting leadership experience with a proven record in sales, business development, chargeability, and delivery.
- Experience building and scaling Data and AI practices, including data strategy, advanced analytics, data modernization, data governance, and application modernization.
- Practical experience implementing AI and machine learning solutions.
- Experience advising CXO-level stakeholders, commercializing executive relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Track record leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams, supported by strong financial and business acumen.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and a strong professional presence in the technology industry.
