Location: BCG Lima, Peru office; consulting projects may take place at client sites and require international travel.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting teams to address complex business challenges.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for clients.
  • Work on rigorous projects that reshape business, government, and society.
  • Analyze complex business problems from diverse perspectives and build new consulting skills.
  • Contribute to projects that vary in length, size, location, and client-site involvement.

Requirements

  • More than 4 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Current enrollment in a Master's, postgraduate, or other advanced degree program; undergraduate studies do not qualify.
  • Ability to work from the Lima, Peru office and travel internationally as required by client projects.
