Customer Experience Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Primarily based in Thorp, Wisconsin, with occasional required travel to the Medford office

Salary: $53,520–$86,790 annually, plus a 7.5%–15% incentive opportunity

What you will do

• Guide customers through the loan process and product delivery before, during, and after closing.
• Document customer interactions, resolve inquiries, generate referrals, and support sales activities across phone, in-person, and digital channels.
• Process payments, wire transfers, account changes, overdrafts, and past-due account inquiries while following fraud-prevention and authorization procedures.
• Coordinate loan and line-of-credit applications from submission through documentation, renewal administration, and customer signatures.
• Manage office operations, including invoices, supplies, records retention, vendor work orders, facility requests, and pooled vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

• At least two years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
• Associate's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to coordinate financial, legal, and identification documentation for loan applications.
• Ability to work primarily from the Thorp office and travel occasionally to the Medford office is required.
