What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
• Design event-driven workflows with AWS Step Functions.
• Integrate large language models with AWS Bedrock to build AI-powered features.
• Manage AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora/Postgres, and S3.
• Build large-scale, highly available systems with strong performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and data scientists on end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of backend software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience with AWS Step Functions and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora/Postgres, S3, CloudWatch, and X-Ray.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Kafka, or other event-streaming systems.
• Experience integrating LLMs with AWS Bedrock and using Retrieval-Augmented Generation frameworks.
• Experience building production-grade AI-driven systems for financial, enterprise, or other regulated industries.
