Country Head of HR

Salary: 1,000,000–1,540,000 CZK annual base salary

What you will do

• Partner with business and country leadership as a trusted HR advisor.
• Lead the transformation of the Czech Republic HR model and contribute to global transformation initiatives.
• Deliver cyclical and non-cyclical HR activities, including organizational design, talent reviews, D&I strategy, promotion processes, pay implementation, and succession planning.
• Manage HR projects from planning through implementation, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, and closure.
• Evaluate project outcomes, implement improvements, and use customer feedback to enhance delivery.
• Build relationships with HR Business Partners, business leaders, functional leadership, and senior management to support strategic outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
• Experience solving complex problems and evaluating options logically and systematically.
• Ability to drive innovation and collaboration across a complex matrix organization.
• Understanding of risk management, controls, governance, business strategy, and HR operations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate outcomes, and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
