Full-Stack Engineer (Growth Engineering)

What you will do

• Build marketing tools, automations, and AI agents that replace manual workflows.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, data, partnerships, and support to define, launch, and own growth initiatives end to end.
• Trace marketing spend from first click to revenue across Meta, Google, CTV, podcast, and other channels.
• Build events, funnels, attribution, and A/B testing infrastructure for rapid experimentation.
• Develop landing pages, signup flows, and first-run experiences that help users reach value quickly.
• Create reusable growth, ecosystem, and monetization tools while maintaining a product-quality user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and growing user-facing products in high-performing teams.
• Strong product sense and UX judgment for multi-sided systems involving creators, learners, and customers.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Google Ad Network APIs and experience working with advertising network data.
• Experience with analytics, funnels, attribution, experimentation, and measurable growth systems.
• Experience collaborating across design, marketing, partnerships, support, and data functions.
• Application and professional communication in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Beehiiv, CTV tracking, or podcast tracking.
• Background in growth, marketplaces, platforms, or communities.
