Fullstack Developer (React/TypeScript)

hirify.global is an online English school for children building an AI-driven education product.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the visitor’s personal account and funnel stages from landing pages through lesson booking.
• Own end-to-end attribution, including visit tracking chains, UTM parameters, and V2L/V2B tracking diagnostics.
• Build server-side integrations with advertising platforms such as Meta CAPI and TikTok Events API.
• Write and debug Python and Node.js backend code covering endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering.
• Support A/B tests through rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment cleanup.
• Investigate production incidents with Sentry and optimize public-page performance and Core Web Vitals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React.
• Ability to work independently with Python and Node.js backend code beyond a thin BFF layer, including endpoints, caching, and SSR debugging.
• Experience with analytics and tracking, including GTM, event tracking, and server-side conversion delivery.
• Ability to trace data from advertising clicks to reports and identify tracking leaks or losses.
• Product mindset with experience working from metrics and hypotheses.
• English proficiency.

Nice to have

• GDPR and consent mechanism implementation on public pages.
• Headless WordPress experience.
• End-to-end testing with Playwright or Cypress.
• SQL and BigQuery experience for independently validating hypotheses.
• CDN and edge caching experience, such as CloudFront, plus hands-on Sentry experience.
