Consultant, Facilities Planning

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with in-person attendance at the assigned office for at least two days per week

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for the Brazil office.
• Maintain a safe, reliable, organized, and high-quality workplace through inspections, preventive actions, and issue resolution.
• Manage suppliers, service-level agreements, performance indicators, service reviews, corrective actions, and escalations.
• Coordinate contracts, purchasing, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, renewals, and documentation.
• Track operating costs, forecasts, commitments, actuals, variances, and project budgets.
• Plan and deliver office infrastructure projects, renovations, moves, repairs, and workplace improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Professional experience in facilities management, workplace experience, corporate real estate, property administration, or related operations in a medium or large organization.
• Knowledge of building operations, maintenance, workplace services, physical security, health and safety, and corporate-office environments.
• Experience managing suppliers, service contracts, outsourced teams, operating budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, and vendor performance.
• Working proficiency in English and professional fluency in Portuguese are required.
• Availability to work primarily on site in São Paulo and travel occasionally as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Coupa, third-party risk management, Jira, or Confluence.
• Credentials such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, FMP, CFM, or Scrum Master.
• Experience with process improvement, business continuity, emergency preparedness, occupational health, accessibility, or sustainability programs.
