BI Developer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Poznań, Warsaw, or Krakow, Poland, with two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Design and develop standardized data models for diverse business needs.
• Create interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions.
• Optimize and maintain data processes, pipelines, and daily ETL operations.
• Monitor data reliability and accuracy across financial, operational, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective BI solutions.
• Support data-related project management and use AI-assisted tools for modelling, code review, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data modelling, data analysis, or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Strong Tableau skills for creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Solid understanding of dbt and Python for data transformation, processing, and automation.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub, plus experience with project management methodologies.
• Fluent Polish and C1 English are required.
