Intern, Activation Search & Social (Digital Advertising)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Support the creation, management, and optimization of search advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor spending, and assess progress against defined objectives.
• Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities to improve campaign results.
• Collaborate with Search & Social Specialists to derive insights and formulate data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in Italian is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required for collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in search engines, social networks, digital advertising, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads or other digital advertising tools.
• Experience with social media platforms.
