Expansion Intern (German-speaking) (Mobility)

Location: Based in Paris or Berlin; hybrid working is available for candidates based in Paris. Travel for field tests may be required.

Salary: €15 per hour, equivalent to €2,300–€2,400 gross per month based on a 40-hour week.

What you will do

• Support project planning for new hirify.global-enabled mobility services and partners.
• Lead testing efforts for global launches and provide ongoing implementation support.
• Collect and communicate feedback to the engineering team to improve the product.
• Help partners use hirify.global’s product, operations, and marketing capabilities effectively.
• Collaborate with teams in Berlin, Paris, London, and New York on product improvements and launches.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and creative problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, take responsibility, and work across different project types.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with varied stakeholders.
• Availability to travel for field tests when required.
• Fluency in German at C2 level or above is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
