Specialist, Record to Report Processes (IFRS)

What you will do

• Define, document, and enforce a standardized global record-to-report process template across entities in 17 countries.
• Analyze R2R processes to identify bottlenecks, control gaps, and complex variations, then define KPIs and SLAs to improve efficiency, cycle time, and data quality.
• Collaborate with technical teams to adopt RPA and AI-driven reconciliation tools for a touchless financial close.
• Lead end-to-end R2R transformation and standardization projects, managing priorities, risks, and delivery backlogs.
• Partner with regional and central finance teams and senior leadership to coordinate process rollouts.
• Develop training materials and support change management for new processes and accounting policies.

Requirements

• Partially qualified accountant status, such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance transformation, or R2R process management, preferably in a global environment.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and its application to financial processes and reporting.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects using structured methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with SAP.
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate complex information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience with data analysis, metrics, visualization tools, continuous improvement, and automation.
