Motion Designer (SaaS)

Location: Remote, but applicants must currently reside in Manila, Philippines

Salary: 1,400–1,600 CAD per month

hirify.global develops a SaaS product and creates product, marketing, sales enablement, and customer experience content around it.

What you will do

• Create SaaS product demos, walkthroughs, tutorials, UI demonstration videos, testimonials, and customer stories.
• Plan, coordinate, produce, edit, and deliver video content from concept development through final delivery.
• Create video storyboards in Figma and recommend suitable production formats, including live action, screen recording, motion graphics, and hybrid approaches.
• Record and customize product demos for sales and customer support teams.
• Produce marketing assets such as social media images, website assets, presentations, one-pagers, and PDF files.
• Optimize content for websites, LinkedIn, social media, and sales enablement channels while maintaining organized project files and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS product motion design, especially product walkthroughs and UI-focused work.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects version 25 or later, Figma, Google Slides, and screen capture tools such as Screen Studio.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, video production, video editing, storytelling, pacing, branding, and audience engagement.
• Practical experience with modern LLM and AI tools for generating images, video scenes, and voiceovers, including Midjourney, Gemini, Kling, or Higgsfield.
• Experience producing marketing and social media assets and working with B2B, SaaS, customer experience, outsourcing, or technology companies.
• Applicant must currently reside in Manila, Philippines. A strong technical setup for faster rendering is also required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of interactive animation tools such as Rive.
