HR Manager (Fintech)

Location: Cyprus, with onsite work in a fully equipped office in Limassol. Full relocation support and a 3-year Cyprus work visa are provided, including assistance for family relocation.

hirify.global is developing a payment gateway for merchant-to-user and user-to-merchant payments, including payment data storage, PCI DSS compliance, and integrations with payment systems, providers, gateways, processors, and 3DS.

What you will do

• Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers across people-related matters.
• Partner with managers on performance, development, employee relations, organizational changes, and complex individual cases.
• Own and improve HR processes across onboarding, probation, development, internal moves, and offboarding.
• Design and implement new HR practices, policies, benefits, and People solutions as the company evolves.
• Use employee feedback and people data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment requirements in partnership with legal and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of broad HR experience in a People Partner, HRBP, or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally in technology, fintech, or another fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and strong knowledge of core HR processes.
• Experience independently owning and improving HR processes from design through implementation.
• Strong employee relations experience and confidence handling sensitive individual cases.
• Strong ownership, judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; Russian is a plus.

• Experience building, transforming, or localizing HR practices.
• Experience in a technology or fintech company.
• Russian language skills.
