Supply Chain Manager (WM)

What you will do

• Own and improve supply chain operations for hirify.global Market Finland.
• Manage inventory availability, stock levels, shrinkage, capacity, and profitability.
• Lead demand forecasting and replenishment planning for promotions, seasonal events, and changing demand.
• Analyse supply chain KPIs, identify root causes, and implement performance improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships covering ordering, delivery performance, lead times, availability, and operational improvements.
• Lead complex projects and collaborate with Category, Store Operations, Finance, Product, and regional Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience in supply chain, inventory management, replenishment, demand planning, or a related field, ideally in grocery, retail, e-commerce, or another fast-moving environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory, replenishment, demand forecasting, supplier performance, and commercial trade-offs.
• Ability to independently solve complex problems using data, structured analysis, and commercial judgement.
• Experience owning complex projects and workstreams from problem identification through implementation with limited guidance.
• Advanced skills in analytical and productivity tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; BI and supply chain systems experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required. Finnish language skills are advantageous.
