Senior Consultant, Regulatory Change Oversight (Financial Services): Providing senior operational oversight across regulatory change management processes and supporting technology with an accent on ServiceNow operations, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and RegBook approvals. Focus on diagnosing bottlenecks, resolving complex operational issues, developing dashboards, and improving process performance across business and technology stakeholders.
Location: Limerick, Ireland. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment. cannot provide employment permit sponsorship for this role.

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end regulatory change management activities across Horizon Scanning, Regulatory Oversight, Rules Inventory, ServiceNow, CUBE, and D&T stakeholders.
- Monitor hand-offs, dependencies, operational actions, and decisions, escalating bottlenecks and driving resolution of complex cross-functional issues.
- Provide operational oversight of the ServiceNow Regulatory Change process, including production support, incident triage, access administration, and platform coordination.
- Develop and enhance operational dashboards and management information covering regulatory change volumes, ageing, throughput, and outstanding actions.
- Administer RegBook subscription approvals in CUBE and maintain related procedures, guidance, and job aids.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve operational processes.
Requirements
- Compliance or regulatory experience within financial services, with a strong understanding of regulatory change management.
- Experience with technology-enabled operations, ideally including ServiceNow, production support, and operational reporting.
- Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, including dashboard and management information development.
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
- Experience coordinating complex cross-functional work, managing dependencies, and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Clear executive communication, sound judgement, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach to issue management.
