PGR Operations Officer (Recruitment & Admissions)

What you will do

• Lead postgraduate research recruitment and admissions activity within the Doctoral Academy.
• Contribute to recruitment strategy and support delivery against student number targets.
• Manage the Recruitment and Admissions Team, overseeing policies, processes, reporting, and compliance.
• Ensure effective management of admissions and selection processes.
• Oversee studentship funding allocation in collaboration with supervisors, industry partners, and Finance colleagues.
• Enhance the applicant experience and contribute to continuous improvement across Professional Services.

Requirements

• Experience leading or managing recruitment and admissions operations.
• Ability to oversee policies, processes, reporting, compliance, and selection activities.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, recruiting supervisors, industry partners, Marketing, Planning, and Finance teams.
• Ability to work flexibly across university-wide assignments and support postgraduate researcher priorities.
