SAP Senior Business Analyst (FICO - Integration) (SAP FICO/integration): Designing and documenting SAP and non-SAP integration solutions, including OData APIs, ETL flows, middleware, and finance process interfaces, with an accent on end-to-end requirements analysis and alignment with global finance platforms. Focus on shaping scalable integration architectures, translating business needs into technical specifications, ensuring data security and compliance, and mentoring junior analysts.

What you will do
- Gather and analyze business requirements for finance integrations and data exchange.
- Design and document SAP and non-SAP interfaces, OData APIs, ETL flows, middleware integrations, and reusable components.
- Define project scope, prepare functional specifications and SDLC-compliant system design documents.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and Finance stakeholders on end-to-end solution design.
- Support testing, implementation, training, quality reviews, and documentation of integration solutions.
- Provide SAP FICO consultancy, optimize business processes, prioritize work, and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of Business Analysis experience and strong independent working capability.
- 4–5 years of hands-on SAP FICO and interface or integration design experience, including API development.
- Experience with OData-based API design, ETL flows, data integration, SAP Cloud Integration, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO ECC 6.0 and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP interfacing, middleware, cloud integration platforms, and finance processes.
- University degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent practical experience; strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, coaching, and prioritization skills.
