User Acquisition Manager (Snapchat/TikTok)

What you will do

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Snapchat and TikTok.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining target performance.
• Analyze funnel, audience, geographic, and creative performance.
• Develop and test campaign hypotheses and new acquisition approaches.
• Collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams.
• Improve campaign structures, processes, and testing approaches.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on user acquisition experience.
• Strong experience with Snapchat Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing approximately $400k in monthly ad spend.
• Understanding of CPA, ROI/ROAS, LTV, CVR, CPM, and CTR.
• Experience with web and/or app funnels and strong data-driven analytical skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Experience managing AppLovin campaigns.
• Experience with Meta, both web and app acquisition, or subscription products.
• Experience with automation and scalable user acquisition processes.
