Senior Software Engineer - Autonomous Ops & Maintenance (ATOM)

What you will do

• Lead a greenfield Autonomous Ops & Maintenance initiative from inception through scale.
• Shape foundational product architecture and engage directly with users to refine early concepts.
• Build mission-critical solutions used by customers every day.
• Develop fault-tolerant, horizontally scalable systems for multi-tenant environments.
• Own production features and components end to end, including reliability, observability, and operational quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• BS, MS, PhD in a scientific field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Go.
• Experience building and operating production services independently.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Ability to use, validate, critique, and refine AI-generated code in daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, workflow orchestration systems, or AI agents.
