What you will do

• Oversee and develop a portfolio of journals in the energy and earth sciences.
• Support accelerated growth of journal content while maintaining strong portfolio performance.
• Manage editor appointments and build diverse, dynamic editorial structures.
• Engage with researchers and customers, communicating insights to inform products and services.
• Increase journal brand visibility through outreach and competitive awareness.
• Lead selected team initiatives, coordinate actions, and support collaborative delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaker with proven communication skills.
• Degree-level education; a related academic background is desirable but not mandatory.
• 5+ years of publishing experience preferred; the offered role level depends on experience.
• Proactive, adaptable, and effective in negotiation and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work productively with colleagues and customers across locations and cultures.
• Can-do attitude and team-oriented approach.
