What you will do

• Troubleshoot Palo Alto Networks products and coordinate with vendor technical support.
• Provide first-line technical support for customers and partners in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Communicate with Palo Alto Networks engineering teams, partners, customers, and hirify.global teams.
• Configure and use lab environments to test hardware, software, and troubleshooting scenarios.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and updating of Palo Alto Networks security systems.
• Prepare and locate product documentation, including RFPs, questionnaires, topology diagrams, and comparison materials.

Requirements

• Higher technical education and at least 2 years of experience in IT or a related sector.
• Georgian and Russian at a fluent level; English at B1 level or above.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and network topology.
• Understanding of cybersecurity product principles and the technical problems they solve.
• Experience with information security hardware from Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, or Juniper.
• Experience with NGFW, VPN, URL filtering, IoT Security, Endpoint Protection, DNS Security, and Cloud Security.

Nice to have

• Vendor engineering certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with systems integrators, distributors, or large enterprise clients.
