Team Lead of Content Department (Trading)

Location: Tashkent; fully remote

What you will do

• Manage the daily work of a nine-person content team by setting priorities, reviewing quality, and keeping deadlines on track.
• Own the department KPI for delivering quality content on time across articles, client blogs, Reddit, and video.
• Build and develop the team, provide regular one-on-one and group feedback, and support the future division into sub-groups.
• Set and improve content standards and processes, including review and approval before publication.
• Work with the Product Delivery Director on strategy, priorities, cross-team projects, and new content services.
• Write or edit content when needed, while focusing primarily on leadership and department development.

Requirements

• Active trader in Forex, crypto, or stocks with current experience trading a personal account and following markets daily.
• Experience in copywriting or content, including the ability to evaluate reviews, articles, Reddit comments, and video scripts.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including search intent, keyword research, on-page optimization, and SERP management.
• Experience leading a team of specialists and developing their skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools while maintaining original and unique content.
• Advanced English at C1+ level and advanced Russian are required.

Nice to have

• Copywriting or SEO experience in trading or FinTech.
• Knowledge of YMYL, E-E-A-T, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, YouTube ranking, review platforms, and Reddit.
• Strategic experience designing new services and contributing to company-level decisions.
