🚀 We are Hiring: Senior Consultant – EPICOR
📍 Ras Al Khaimah, UAE | Full-time, Office-based
 
We are looking for an experienced Senior Epicor Consultant to join a fast-growing manufacturing company in the UAE.
The role focuses on delivering end-to-end Epicor ERP (Kinetic / Epicor 10/11) implementations, optimizing business processes, and providing ongoing functional support to clients.
 
 
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle Epicor ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap workshops, and solution design.
Configure Epicor modules, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and reports.
Manage data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT testing, and user training.
Provide post-go-live support, system upgrades, and continuous improvements.
Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities.
 
🔹 Requirements:
6+ years of ERP experience, including 4+ years with Epicor ERP.
At least 3 end-to-end Epicor implementations.
Strong knowledge of Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or MRP modules.
Experience with BPM, BAQ, Kinetic Application Studio, SSRS, and DMT.
Knowledge of SQL Server; C#/.NET skills are an advantage.
Excellent client communication and documentation skills.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred; GCC experience is an advantage.
