Specialist Commercial Customer Complaints (Electronics Distribution)

What you will do

• Manage customer complaints, product recalls, returns, and related credit notes.
• Coordinate technical product failure analyses, corrective actions, and failure-sample returns with manufacturers.
• Monitor customer deadlines and the completion of corrective actions.
• Review error reports and involve technical experts, technical marketing, and quality management as needed.
• Analyze and manage ship-and-debit recalculations, invoice corrections, and inaccurate customer invoices.
• Maintain customer records, resolve claims fairly and effectively, and support process and performance improvements.

Requirements

• A few years of related experience.
• Experience in the electronics, semiconductor, or distribution industry is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of customer needs, products, and complex business services.
• Computer, email, telephone, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English level required.
