What you will do

• Deliver theoretical knowledge training according to regulatory requirements, approved syllabi, training manuals, and company standards.
• Conduct courses supporting the licensing, qualification, and professional development of student pilots, flight crew members, instructors, and examiners.
• Teach multiple aviation subjects using operational and academic expertise within integrated training programmes.
• Monitor trainee performance and progression, provide constructive feedback, and address performance concerns through appropriate intervention and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
• Promote aviation safety, support risk mitigation, and contribute to continuous improvement in training effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering theoretical knowledge instruction, preferably in an EASA- or GCAA-approved Approved Training Organisation.
• Experience with Integrated ATPL or MPL programmes is preferred.
• Appropriate operational knowledge and background in the subjects taught.
• Compliance with applicable GCAA CAR-FCL and CAR-ORA requirements.
• Holding or having previously held a professional pilot licence is advantageous.
