TL;DR
Flight Simulator Instructor (Aviation Training): Delivering simulator and classroom-based training for military aviators with an accent on pilot performance, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness. Focus on conducting evaluations and debriefings, maintaining training standards, and developing instructional programmes for business jet and assigned aircraft fleets.
Location: Based in the United Arab Emirates; travel to Malaysia and Singapore is required for recruitment and programme support activities. Relocation to the UAE is expected.

What you will do
- Deliver simulator and classroom-based training according to approved programmes, lesson plans, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct briefings, debriefings, evaluations, coaching, and constructive performance feedback for pilot development.
- Maintain training records, documentation, licences, qualifications, certifications, and regulatory approvals.
- Recommend remedial training and support trainee development through performance assessments.
- Contribute to improving training curricula, instructional materials, and training devices.
- Perform examiner, Right Seat Support, and other training operations duties as qualified and assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence issued by EASA, FAA, GCAA, ICAO, or another recognised aviation authority.
- At least 3,000 total flight hours, including multi-engine turbine aircraft experience.
- Previous commercial, corporate, military, or training experience operating business jet aircraft.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations, aircraft systems, operational procedures, and Crew Resource Management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain simulator instructor qualifications, examiner qualifications where applicable, and regulatory approvals.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, communication, evaluation, and training documentation skills.
Nice to have
- ICAO ATPL.
- At least 1,500 flying hours.
- Willingness to relocate to the UAE.
