Information Security Governance Lead Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Coordinate information security initiatives across Flutter SEA legal entities and brands.
• Coordinate compliance activities for ISO 27001, NIS2, WLA, and cybersecurity aspects of online gaming regulations.
• Support audits, certifications, assessments, and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain and improve security policies, standards, and governance processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments, coordinate control implementation, and manage remediation of internal audit findings.
• Develop security awareness initiatives, governance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security governance and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, WLA requirements, and related governance frameworks.
• Extensive experience managing audits, certifications, and remediation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Italian is mandatory.
• English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
