Product Designer (AI/UI/UX)

What you will do

• Own feature design across web and mobile from discovery and research through delivery and post-launch improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Writers, Engineers, and other teams to shape PRDs and balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Design complete user journeys, flows, interfaces, information architecture, visual hierarchy, states, and edge cases.
• Build and test working prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, Codex, and Figma Make alongside Figma.
• Use Pendo, PostHog, and similar analytics tools to build funnels, identify drop-offs, and measure design impact.
• Maintain and improve the Design Language System and proactively resolve usability and feature discoverability issues.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS or a complex product environment.
• Experience independently taking defined features from discovery and research through implementation support and iteration.
• Strong UX and visual design fundamentals, including interaction design, typography, spacing, accessibility, and platform-specific web and mobile patterns.
• Proficiency in Figma, reusable components, variables, design tokens, atomic design, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prototyping and regular use of AI tools, with the ability to review and refine their output.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing, communicate design decisions clearly, and collaborate with Product Managers, UX Writers, and Engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or another complex product environment.
• Experience with Pendo, PostHog, or similar product analytics tools.
