Strong Middle AI-Native SDET

What you will do

• Design and develop API, UI, and end-to-end tests for web and mobile applications.
• Use AI agents for code analysis, test development, refactoring, test data preparation, failure diagnosis, and CI work.
• Select the appropriate API, UI, or E2E verification level for each task and explain technical decisions.
• Improve existing test architecture through small, verifiable changes and maintain coverage as products evolve.
• Investigate unstable tests, analyze reports and artifacts, and prepare reliable CI runs.
• Participate in code reviews and share technical solutions with the team.

Requirements

• Strong middle-level experience with commercial test automation and independently delivered automation tasks.
• Practical experience using AI agents to decompose tasks, provide context, supervise execution, and validate results.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with UI/E2E frameworks, API automation, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience automating React Native applications with Detox, native iOS/Android applications with XCUITest or Espresso, or Flutter applications with Maestro or Patrol.
• Technical English is required for reading requirements, documentation, and code.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring AI agent workflows, including project instructions, skills, MCP integrations, helper scripts, and quality gates.
• Experience with parallel test runs, data isolation, and test account factories.
• Load testing, visual regression testing, or AWS services in test environments.
