Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead (Clinical Research)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; the role requires high flexibility to travel, including internationally when needed.

Salary: 102,800–190,900 PLN annualized base pay, with actual compensation depending on qualifications, location, and schedule.

What you will do

• Develop study-specific action plans with research sites to accelerate clinical trial recruitment and support procedural training.
• Educate healthcare professionals and their staff on clinical trial protocols.
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants.
• Maintain and analyze customer records to improve pre-screening, screening, and enrollment strategies.
• Complete internal reporting and organize group events to optimize program delivery.
• Address objections and maintain strong relationships with research staff, stakeholders, healthcare providers, and caregivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent academic or professional qualifications.
• Clinical research experience at the site level.
• Clinical competence in the relevant therapeutic area and strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in Respiratory therapeutics, including IPF, PAH, or COPD, or in Dermatology, particularly Atopic Dermatitis.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate across multiple functions, and demonstrate empathy, cultural awareness, and a collaborative mindset.
• High flexibility to travel, including internationally when needed.

Nice to have

• Nurse or other healthcare professional background.
• Clinical Research Associate experience.
