What you will do
- Lead strategic supply chain, operations, and strategy initiatives at the Costa Rica manufacturing site.
- Coordinate a cross-functional agenda with global stakeholders across Operations, Quality, Finance, and IT.
- Advance service, cost, quality, compliance, and supply chain resilience objectives.
- Establish program governance, manage risks, develop business cases, and track benefits.
- Translate global strategy into measurable site-level roadmaps and execution plans.
- Own KPI reporting and convert performance insights into operational action.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in supply chain and/or operations.
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish required.
- Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization with stakeholders across the US and other regions.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs, influencing without direct authority, and managing stakeholders across geographies.
Nice to have
- MBA or an equivalent advanced degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS/CPIM certification.
- Experience in a free-trade-zone or shared-services manufacturing site, including trade, customs, and import/export considerations.
- Experience with Oracle or a comparable ERP/MRP system in manufacturing.
- Experience with analytics or visualization tools for operational decision-making.
