TL;DR
Staff Solution Program Manager (IT Infrastructure): Leading IT infrastructure and facility programs for office buildouts, remodels, network administration, and server management with an accent on Agile delivery, cybersecurity, validation, and QMS compliance. Focus on integrating cross-functional workstreams, managing risks and dependencies, and delivering complex programs on schedule and within budget.
Location: Heredia, Costa Rica; on-site 5 days per week once the plant is ready. Travel is expected at approximately 10% domestically and internationally, depending on business needs.

What you will do
- Lead IT infrastructure and facility projects for new office buildouts, remodels, and network office initiatives from inception through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, status reports, and RAIDE registers.
- Coordinate Agile teams, ARTs, PI planning, release-based core teams, and steering committees.
- Manage risks, issues, change requests, scenario analysis, and escalation activities.
- Ensure adherence to computer systems validation procedures, regulatory standards, quality requirements, and corporate policies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of overall experience in a technical discipline and 5 years managing large, complex programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure and facility projects, including network administration, server management, cybersecurity implementation, and vendor coordination.
- Agile experience and the ability to deliver strategic programs against concrete deadlines.
- Knowledge of computer systems validation and QMS compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, and SharePoint; project management certification is preferred.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, SAP ERP, MuleSoft, Arena, and Clarity.
