TL;DR

Focus on developing compliant HR policies, managing NDAs and agreements, and coordinating legal requirements across Sales, Legal, and internal functions.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Provides software development, software testing, quality assurance, and third-party verification services, combining Japanese QA methodologies with Vietnamese engineering expertise.
What you will do
- Draft and review contracts, appendices, NDAs, quotations, and other commercial documents.
- Complete legal templates for sales transactions and support business operations.
- Prepare HR announcements, decisions, official letters, meeting minutes, labor contracts, and related documents.
- Develop, review, and revise HR policies and regulations.
- Prepare transaction documents and ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, HR, and other internal functions on legal matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar legal position.
- Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above.
- Good command of English, including the ability to review and draft contracts and other legal documents.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations, especially commercial contracts and labor matters.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
