Global Project Coordinator (Manufacturing): Coordinating a multi-country Global Test Center project and supporting R&D investments, equipment, technologies, and service operations with an accent on schedule management, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and process integration. Focus on aligning test centers across Vietnam, Germany, Malaysia, Hungary, and France, managing complex technical investments, and resolving cross-functional operational challenges.

Location: Onsite in Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do

  • Coordinate the Global Test Center project across multiple countries, services, stakeholders, and timelines.
  • Develop project schedules, track progress, communicate changes, and manage project risks and mitigation plans.
  • Allocate R&D service packages and coordinate personnel, equipment, budgets, and contingency plans.
  • Support R&D investment planning and supervise the operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment and machines.
  • Standardize and integrate Vietnam Test Center processes with global centers in Germany and Malaysia.
  • Monitor quality, cost, delivery, invoicing, forecasting, capacity planning, and cross-functional problem solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading global manufacturing projects involving more than 2 countries, over 5 team members, and budgets above €100,000.
  • Experience supporting a manager leading a team of at least 6 members or directly leading at least 2 members.
  • Experience with investment workflows and machinery or equipment valued above €800,000.
  • Leadership, project management, negotiation, critical thinking, and intercultural collaboration skills.
  • English at B2 level is required.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or PhD.
  • R&D or medical device experience, including production or testing.
  • Experience with laboratory test equipment, HVAC systems, customs, import/export, or tax authorities.
  • German language skills and PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification.
