What you will do
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, coaching, and instruction to logistics material handlers.
- Plan loading and unloading operations, transport sequences, material receipts, and warehouse material flow.
- Prepare and verify shipping, customs, hazardous materials, packing slip, and other transport documentation.
- Maintain accurate raw-material and finished-goods inventory records and movements in the HOST system.
- Coordinate personnel deployment, industrial trucks, inventory audits, cycle counts, shift handovers, and disruption resolution.
- Support logistics supervisors with production targets, safety, environmental conditions, 6S housekeeping, training, and quality-related material movements.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of receiving, high-bay, and shipping processes.
- Extensive knowledge of the HOST materials management system.
- Ability to coordinate logistics employees and industrial trucks.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
- Must be able to work the night shift.
- Ability to follow work procedures, company policies, safety requirements, and environmental practices.
