Location: Remote, anywhere in the United Kingdom; regular travel for onsite visits, broker and client marketing, and internal gatherings is expected.

What you will do
- Underwrite cyber and technology professional indemnity risks within personal authority and company guidelines.
- Work with sales and product teams to assess cyber products, capabilities, coverage, and pricing.
- Build and manage strategic broker and customer relationships to achieve production and profit targets.
- Identify new business through pipeline development, pre-qualification, and territory analysis.
- Develop recommendations to capture market share and deliver profitable growth across the assigned geography.
- Educate brokers and customers on cyber protection and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of multi-line underwriting experience in the cyber or technology professional indemnity security segment.
- Knowledge of policy issuance and processing center workflows.
- Proficiency in cyber insurance risk analysis, technical issues, compliance, coverage, products, and pricing strategies.
- Strong sales, communication, marketing, negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently within the current level of underwriting authority and manage high volumes under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated success achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual production goals.
