TL;DR
AI Systems and Solutions Specialist (AI/Automation): Designing and delivering AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, and enterprise integrations with an accent on business process optimisation, data quality, and scalable system integration. Focus on connecting AI tools with platforms such as Salesforce, collaborating with data teams, and translating business needs into reliable technical solutions.
Location: Christchurch, New Zealand; office-based working with attendance required three or more days per week. Flexibility is required to support collaboration across different time zones.

What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process challenges and opportunities for AI-enabled solutions.
- Support AI initiatives aligned with business priorities and technical roadmaps.
- Deliver AI and automation solutions, including integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop and maintain integrations between AI tools, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure reliable, high-quality data for AI applications.
- Create documentation, user guides, and training materials while driving continuous workflow improvement and user adoption.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Approximately three years of hands-on experience as a developer, analyst, integration specialist, or in a similar technology role.
- Experience with or strong interest in business process automation and workflow optimisation.
- Familiarity with AI and automation platforms such as Vertex AI, Agentforce, Workato, or similar technologies.
- Programming and scripting experience, ideally with Python, plus knowledge of databases, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
