AI/MLOps Lead

Location: Linthicum Heights, Maryland, United States. U.S. Citizenship required; TS/SCI clearance eligibility is preferred. The position is contingent upon contract award.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including use-case analysis, data-readiness assessments, validation, and production operations.
• Execute data cleaning, transformation, structural validation, and custom feature engineering.
• Evaluate, train, select, and tune algorithms against defined mission metrics.
• Deploy validated models into hybrid-cloud and on-premises operational environments.
• Build automated monitoring for model health, performance, and data drift.
• Implement version control, documentation, and DevSecOps/MLOps governance for operational AI assets.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete ML lifecycle from business problem definition through live deployment.
• Experience building data preparation and feature-engineering pipelines.
• Experience implementing MLOps tracking, performance monitoring, and model-drift alerting.
• Knowledge of version-control workflows, containerized model deployment, and DevSecOps pipeline integration.
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering federal, DoD, or highly regulated/classified AI and data science solutions into production.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
