What you will do
- Manage returnable packaging pools and use analytical and operational tools to track movements and cycle-time performance.
- Track actual demand and supply against forecasts and coordinate packaging activities across suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the US lead for the global Return-4-Reuse pilot and manage its operational and administrative performance.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the packaging team and support optimal pool-size calculations.
- Register, tag, and track packaging assets; conduct periodic and spot inventory counts to validate pool size and inventory records.
- Evaluate repair-parts inventory and recommend stock strategies that balance capital requirements with repair backlogs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least two years of experience in planning, project management, or supply chain management.
- Strong spreadsheet or database management skills and high proficiency in spreadsheet development.
- Ability to interpret data and documents, maintain accurate records, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, customer-service, and prioritization skills.
- Must be legally authorized to access US-controlled technology before starting the role.

- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and project management.
