What you will do
- Identify, recruit, onboard, activate, and re-engage Cloud & Service Provider partners.
- Evaluate partner business models, including managed services, hosting, and backup-as-a-service delivery, for VCSP program fit.
- Present ’s VCSP value proposition, program benefits, aggregator contract models, plan points, and consumption-based licensing.
- Drive adoption of the ProPartner Portal, VCSP tools, Partner University, and partner-led cloud offerings.
- Support positioning of cloud, hosting, BaaS, and DRaaS solutions.
- Maintain partner records, activities, service offerings, and pipeline data in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside channel, partner development, or service provider-focused roles.
- Experience working with MSPs, CSPs, hosting providers, or cloud service partners.
- Strong understanding of consumption-based and as-a-service business models.
- Ability to explain technical concepts at a high level and translate them into partner value.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and partner engagement skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with data protection, cloud services, backup, disaster recovery, or cyber resilience solutions.
- Experience supporting VCSP, MSP, or tiered partner programs.
- Familiarity with cloud and service provider go-to-market motions.
- Experience coordinating with technical pre-sales or Systems Engineering teams.
