Clinical Research Coordinator - Newton, MA

Location: On-site in Boston, Massachusetts, United States; 24 hours per week

Base pay: $35.00–$42.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform clinical procedures including ECGs, sample collection, and vital-sign measurements.
• Coordinate clinical research studies under the supervision of a principal investigator.
• Prepare study materials, set up equipment, and plan study logistics.
• Recruit, screen, and orient patients while supporting their safety and well-being.
• Collect and accurately record clinical data in case report forms.
• Collaborate with investigators and monitors to resolve queries and maintain data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical research experience.
• Working knowledge of clinical trials, Good Clinical Practice principles, and medical terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and effective relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with EDC systems, accurate data entry, and query management.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
