Process Excellence & Capability Development Consultant (Lean Six Sigma)

Location: Remote, based in Lagunilla de Heredia, Costa Rica; occasional in-person attendance at work-related events may be required

What you will do

• Deliver virtual Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt, Yellow Belt, and Operational Excellence training.
• Administer the training program, coordinate enrollment, and maintain knowledge assessments with Learning and Development.
• Develop and refresh Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence training materials.
• Coach associates applying continuous-improvement methods to case studies and business projects.
• Lead process-improvement workshops, analyze workflow and process variation, and identify efficiency, productivity, and risk opportunities.
• Own change initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, including governance, dependencies, risks, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of continuous-improvement experience in a comparable role, including project management and business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, process analysis, and improvement workshops.
• Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience delivering initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and collaborating with geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Business degree or equivalent work experience.
• English proficiency required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Business-analysis experience covering requirements gathering, document and workflow analysis, surveys, and stakeholder interviews.
• Strong analytical and project-management skills for translating business needs into operational requirements.
