Brand Management Summer Internship 2027 (Marketing/Consumer Brands): Building and growing consumer brands through live projects in brand management, media, retail media, consumer activation, influencer marketing, and digital commerce with an accent on consumer understanding, commercial thinking, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on analysing product launches, accelerating ecommerce growth, developing social media strategies, and managing complex brand portfolios.
Location: UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey; onsite internship. The internship runs from 5 July 2027 to 10 September 2027, and candidates must be available for the full duration.
Salary: £2,625 per month.

What you will do
- Work on live brand and marketing projects from the first day of the 10-week internship.
- Contribute to brand management, media planning and buying, retailer media, consumer activation, influencer and community management, and digital commerce.
- Analyse product launches and recommend actions to accelerate brand and ecommerce growth.
- Develop consumer-focused marketing and social media strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply, and external creative, media, and digital agencies.
- Help manage multi-million-dollar brand portfolios and campaigns focused on category growth.
Requirements
- University student graduating in 2027 or 2028, or a recent graduate.
- Evidence of achievements in academic or non-academic activities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Existing right to work in the UK for the full internship period without sponsorship from P&G.
- Availability for 5 July 2027 through 10 September 2027, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
