Salesforce Architect

Location: Colombia. Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using native functionality, custom development, and integrations.
• Lead architectural reviews and establish standards for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Design data models, custom objects, and data-intensive document workflows.
• Architect document generation, storage, e-signature, OCR, and secure-sharing capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Oversee Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, integrations, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect role focused on custom development.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification; CTA certification is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, platform limits, security, and multi-org architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum, automated document generation, OCR, e-signature integration, and secure sharing.

Nice to have

• Background in legal, insurance, healthcare, or other document-heavy industries.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
