What you will do
- Plan, schedule, and track domestic and international freight to headquarters and regional sites.
- Issue purchase orders, review supplier confirmations, monitor delivery dates, and resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Manage daily communication with logistics providers, hardware vendors, and service contractors.
- Maintain inventory records, track spare parts, and reconcile physical stock with system data.
- Coordinate shipping documentation, customs clearance, and tax/VAT declarations for imports into Norway.
- Collaborate with technical, site operations, and finance teams on hardware needs, lead times, and invoice processing.
Requirements
- 4+ years of practical experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, procurement, or inventory management within Norway.
- Degree or vocational certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant practical experience is valued.
- Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365, plus ticketing or inventory tools.
- Knowledge of Norwegian import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills for shipment tracking, inventory audits, and supplier invoice reviews.
- Professional fluency in English and strong organizational problem-solving skills.
