Location: Bømlo, Norway; onsite coordination with local customer-facing and internal functions

What you will do
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt through delivery using SAP and other business systems.
- Review customer requirements, clarify order details, and issue order confirmations.
- Maintain accurate order, delivery, and customer information.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Production, and Finance to support timely order execution.
- Follow up on progress, open issues, and potential delays, while communicating status and documentation updates to customers.
- Support continuous improvement of order management routines and ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience in order management, customer service, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment and customer requirements, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and other relevant business systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant education in business administration, logistics, supply chain, technical, or administrative disciplines is preferred; relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
