Producer / Senior Producer (AAA RPG): Coordinating and overseeing production for an AAA dark fantasy RPG with an accent on cross-functional development, external partners, and timely delivery. Location: Warsaw, Poland, with partially or fully remote work options. Flexible working hours with core hours from 11am to 3pm. Modern office located in Ursynów near a Metro station.

A new game studio founded by industry veterans, developing an AAA dark fantasy RPG titled The Blood of Dawnwalker as the first game in a planned saga.
What you will do
- Coordinate and track project development progress across interdisciplinary internal and external teams.
- Plan and oversee production in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure timely project delivery and identify production risks.
- Work with stakeholders to determine effective responses to risks and changing priorities.
- Support communication between departments and work with development teams on long-term and day-to-day goals.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a game producer, preferably in an AAA environment.
- Experience with various project management tools.
- Ability to co-manage teams of 5–10 members.
- Experience cooperating with outsourcing vendors.
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and work in agile, iterative environments.
- Fluent English, strong communication skills, self-motivation, teamwork, and passion for games.
