Part-Time Dentist (French & English)

Location: Madrid, Spain; Europe (Remote/Hybrid)

What you will do

• Review complex dental cases and treatment requests for medical necessity and policy alignment.
• Provide dental consultation to physicians, nurses, pharmacists, case managers, and operational teams.
• Support utilization management, case management, and clinical decision-making.
• Discuss treatment plans and clinical recommendations with treating providers.
• Contribute to quality assurance, clinical governance, calibration, process improvement, and global clinical transformation initiatives.
• Support customers and providers across multiple countries and healthcare systems.

Requirements

• Dental degree such as DDS, DMD, BDS, or equivalent.
• Active dental license in a European country.
• At least five years of clinical practice experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making skills.
• Professional fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in international healthcare, insurance, utilization management, or advisory settings.
